Eric Hopper's Applet Page

These are applets I've written. They generally require a fully Java 1.1 compatible browser. NO versions of Netscape Communicator are fully Java 1.1 compatible unless you dowload a patch. There is a list of Communicator patches available on a French site. It shouldn't be too hard to pick out the one you need.

Here's a silly little applet I wrote up using Symantec's Visual Cafe.

This applet is written using Java 1.1. You must have a Java 1.1 compliant browser to see it properly. In particular, Netscape Communicator 4.04 is not Java 1.1 compliant unless you download their 404awt patch.

Here's another silly little applet I wrote as an experiment in Java bean writing. It was inspired by another applet that I found on Anu Garg's (author of an anagram creating CGI script) homepage.

Here's an applet that I wrote as a mathematical experiment. It generates a picture (called (if I'm not mistaken) a Sierpinski triangle) using lots of random numbers.

I initially thought it was a Koch's triangle, and that's why the classes are named the way they are.

Your browser does not support Java, or at least, doesn't support the APPLET tag.
